Cauliflower gets a lot of us in low-carb diets, not to mention in gluten-free diets! It’s a bit of jack-of-all-trades, and gets used to make everything from biscuits to pizza dough. Cauliflower has a similar texture to starchy foods like potatoes or rice, but has the benefit of no starch. Better still, cauliflower can be used to create flours, giving those suffering from gluten intolerance a healthy and delicious alternative.
