2 Lb Mussels
3 Oz Water
1 Cup Cauliflower, chopped
1 Cup Celery, sliced thinly
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 Tbsp Chives
1 Jalapeno pepper

Place your mussels into a medium-sized pot. Make sure you've got room for your other ingredients, because this pot is about to get crowded.
