INGREDIENTS

1 Pound Ground sirloin
1/2 Tbsp Sea salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
2 Tsp Onion powder
1 Zucchini, Shredded
1/2 Cup Cauliflower, Shredded
1 Egg

DIRECTIONS

Step 1 - Season beef in bowl

Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
Step 2 - Zucchini and cauliflower in bowl with beef

Use a box grater to shred the zucchini and cauliflower.
Step 3 - Mix ingredients in bowl

Mix the zucchini, cauliflower, and egg in a bowl with the beef.
Step 4 - Make mixture into balls
