INGREDIENTS

1 Pound Ground sirloin
1/2 Tbsp Sea salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
2 Tsp Onion powder
1 Zucchini, Shredded
1/2 Cup Cauliflower, Shredded
1 Egg

DIRECTIONS

Step 1 - Season beef in bowl

Preheat your oven to 375ºF. In a large bowl, season beef with garlic and onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 2 - Zucchini and cauliflower in bowl with beef

Grate the zucchini and cauliflower into shreds.
Step 3 - Mix ingredients in bowl

In the same bowl, add in the zucchini, cauliflower, and egg and mix together until thoroughly combined.
Step 4 - Make mixture into balls

Form beef mixture into 1-inch round meatballs.
Step 5 - Back veggie meatballs

Spreadout meatballs on a baking tray. Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Cut one in half to check if it’s cooked all the way through.
Step 6 - Serve with ketchup
