1/2 Cup Grape seed oil
1/2 Cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 Cup Fresh mint, chopped
2 Tsp Coriander seeds, toasted and finely chopped
2 Red Thai chillies, finely chopped
1 Tsp Garlic, finely minced
1 1/4 Lb Skinless Salmon Fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes

In addition to being an excellent spice, coriander seed also has powerful medicinal benefits. These seeds contain vitamins A, K, and C, folic acid, iron, potassium, magnesium and calcium, all leading to healing properties for your skin, hair, digestive system, and more.

To facilitate hair-growth, mix coriander seeds to your hair oil and massage into the scalp twice per week. The seeds will strengthen the root and enrich the hair follicle to stimulate growth.

Coriander seeds are rich in antibacterial properties. If you have acne or a stubborn pimple, try to make a face mask using crushed coriander seeds, 1 tsp of honey and a pinch of turmeric. Apply liberally all over your face or in the problem area, let it dry, then rinse with cold water.

To promote healthy digestion, soak 3-4 tbsp of coriander seeds in water for at least 24 hours. Strain the water and drink it the first thing in the morning before you consume anything else. Do this daily to cure indigestion. Because these seeds have dietary fibre and antioxidant properties, they are excellent at promoting a healthy functioning liver and facilitating bowel movements.
