32 Oz Greek yogurt, 0% fat
1 Cup Cucumbers, grated
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
2 Tbsp Olive oil
3 Tbsp Fresh dill, chopped
6 Cup Heart of palm, divided in 6

In a medium sized bowl, add yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil; mix thoroughly.

Now, add dill, sea salt and pepper; continue mixing until a smooth texture is reached.

Lastly, pour mixture into a sealable container and set in the refrigerator overnight.

Once the tatziki has chilled for over 8 hours, scoop into a serving bowl and place hearts of palm on a plate with tatziki on the side.
