2 Tbsp Water
1 Tbsp Lime juice
1 Tsp Olive oil
2 Tbsp Scallions, uncooked
2 Tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
14 Oz Heart of palm, drained and sliced
1 Cup Tomatoes, sliced
8 Oz Shrimp, cooked
In a small bowl, combine water, lime juice, olive oil, sea salt and pepper; set aside.
In a separate medium sized bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and drizzle dressing onto salad.
