Better than your grandmother's meatloaf recipe!

Preheat oven to 375ºF, in a hot non-stick pan, add celery, green peppers and onions; let cook for a couple of minutes. Then, add mushrooms; let cook. Once all the vegetables are cooked and water has evaporated, set aside to let cool down. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, add ground beef. With a fork, mix beef with egg white along with horseradish, half of the dry spices, half of the zero carb ketchup, sea salt and pepper. Once the vegetables have cooled, add them to the bowl; mix well and press meatloaf mix into a ramekin. When you are ready, place ramekin into the oven for approximately 40 minutes or until cooked. While the meatloaf is cooking, mix together the remaining dry spices and ketchup to serve on the side.
