Did you know?

Green beans are so popular and ingrained in American culture that they’ve made their way into everyday language. Someone who is “full of beans” has a lot of energy and is active, while “spilling the beans” means revealing a secret or telling the truth. Nutritionally, green beans are a great source of fiber and protein – and they taste great when paired with shrimp, another great protein source that also boasts anti-inflammatory benefits.
