INGREDIENTS

1 Tsp Fresh thyme
1 Tbsp Smoked paprika
1 Tbsp Smoked sea salt
7 Oz Tuna
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
2 Cup Vegetables of choice, (green preferably), steamed

While heating a non-stick pan on the stove top, mix your smoked paprika, sea salt and fresh thyme.

Gently press all side of the tuna into the mix until it is lightly covered. Sprinkle a bit of pepper on top.

Add the seasoned tuna in the pan and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Be careful not to overcook; you want it rare.

Once it's cooked, remove the tuna, cut it evenly, and plate.

Ready to serve!
