1 Cup Flat-leaf parsley
1/2 Cup Fresh mint
1/2 Cup Cilantro
1 Jalapeno
Pinch Red pepper flakes, optional
1 Garlic clove, peeled
1 Tbsp Lime juice
1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt, plus more to taste
1/2 Cup Olive oil
