INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Halibut
2 Cup Celery root, julienned
1 Cup Vegetable coulis
1 Cup Coco milk
1 Vanilla bean
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil

DIRECTIONS

In a hot non-stick pan, add oil, celery root, sea salt and pepper; let cook for three to four minutes.

When the celery is cooked, set aside.

step #3

In the same hot non-stick pan, add halibut, salt, pepper, vegetable stock, coconut milk and vanilla bean; let cook. 

step #4

Ready to serve!
