This salad is a medley of white fish (you can choose) and white kidney beans. Packed full of protein, fiber and micronutrients, this a great healthy option for both lunch and dinner!

4 Stalk Celery, thinly sliced
4 Stalk Green onion, thinly sliced
2 Garlic clove, chopped
3 Tbsp Olive oil
1 1/2 Cup vegetable broth
1 Can White beans, rinsed and drained
2 Haddock
1/2 Lemon, the finely grated zest only
12 Fresh basil
