Did you know?

A single serving of Pineapple has more than 130% of the daily recommended dose of Vitamin C. Vitamin C defends all water areas of the body against free radicals that damage normal cells. Free radicals can result in asthma attacks, aid in the development of cancer cells, and contribute to joint pain. It is important to get your daily intake of Vitamin C, as it is useful in preventing or reducing these effects.
