INGREDIENTS

2 Cup Tomatoes, 1 cup diced, 1 cup sliced
3 Garlic cloves, thinly sliced
4 Eggs

Preheat oven to broil.

Take a non-stick pan and place it over medium-high heat.

Once the pan is hot, add your diced tomatoes and garlic, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
