Light and flaky tilapia gets kicked up a notch with this amazing Paleo recipe, pairing it with tasty Brussels sprouts and a savory sauce that won’t disappoint. 2 Tilapia Fillet
2 Tbsp Grape seed oil
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 Tsp Dijon mustard
1 Garlic clove, Crushed
1 Tsp Parsley, Dried
4 Cup Brussels sprouts
Sea salt & pepper, To taste


Season Brussels sprouts with salt, pepper, and oil before cooking.

Start by preheating your oven to 400°F. Prep the Brussels sprouts by cleaning them and cutting them in half. In a medium-sized bowl, toss sprouts with 1 tbsp of grape seed oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cook sprouts in the oven at 400°F for fifteen minutes.

Bake in oven on a tray for approximately 15 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dried parsley, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp of grape seed oil.

Take tray out of the oven and move the sprouts to make room for the tilapia. Coat fish evenly in Dijon glaze.
bake fish in oven until done

Bake in oven for an additional 20 minutes, or until tilapia can be easily flaked with a fork.
