INGREDIENTS

2 Tilapia Fillet
2 Tbsp Grape seed oil
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 Tsp Dijon mustard
1 Garlic clove, Crushed
1 Tsp Parsley, Dried
4 Cup Brussels sprouts
Sea salt & pepper, To taste

DIRECTIONS

Season Brussels sprouts with salt, pepper, and oil before cooking.

Start by preheating your oven to 400°F. Prep the Brussels sprouts by cleaning them and cutting them in half. In a medium-sized bowl, toss sprouts with 1 tbsp of grape seed oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cook sprouts in the oven at 400°F for fifteen minutes.

Bake in oven on a tray for approximately 15 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dried parsley, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp of grape seed oil.

Take tray out of the oven and move the sprouts to make room for the tilapia. Coat fish evenly in Dijon glaze.
