Light and flaky tilapia gets kicked up a notch with this amazing recipe, pairing it with tasty Brussels sprouts and a savory sauce that won’t disappoint. Delicious dijon mustard, aromatic garlic, and a dash of lemon juice make this sauce perfect for adding great flavor to this tasty fish. The Brussels sprouts are the perfect vegetable pairing, too!

2 Tilapia Fillet
2 Tbsp Grape seed oil
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 Tsp Dijon mustard
1 Garlic clove, Crushed
1 Tsp Parsley, Dried
4 Cup Brussels sprouts
Sea salt & pepper, To taste


Season Brussels sprouts with salt, pepper, and oil before cooking.

Preheat oven to 400°F. While it’s heating up, clean and cut Brussels sprouts in half. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of grape seed oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cook sprouts in the oven at 400°F for fifteen minutes.

Cook the Brussels sprouts in the oven for 15 minutes.

Mix another tablespoon of grape seed oil with Dijon mustard, lemon juice, crushed garlic, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.

Take the sprouts out of the oven and make space for the tilapia. Spoon over your Dijon mixture and add the fillets to the pan.

Bake for 20 minutes more, or until the fish is fork-tender and flaking.
