1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
7 Oz Beef flank steak, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Oz Chicken stock
2 Cup , blanched and chopped

In a hot non-stick pan, add the beef steak.

Chop your blanched vegetables while the beef cooks.
