1 Cup Dill pickles, Kosher - chopped
1/4 Cup Onion, Chopped
4 Tbsp Red pepper, Chopped
4 Tbsp Red onions, Chopped
1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
2 Garlic clove

Did you know relish originated in India? There are also a lot more varieties than the typical pickled cucumber relish. Some resemble jams or chutney, and have significantly more texture than sauces or other toppings.

Interestingly enough, the usual pickled cucumber relish is only really seen in some parts of North America, such as Canada, Alaska, and Chicago. Most other locations use pickle slices as a topping instead.
