Did you know?

Oyster mushrooms are a low-calorie, fat-free, and cholesterol-free source of protein, fiber, and iron. Plus, they pack in a ton of selenium, calcium, folic acid, and a heap of vitamins to match. Not bad at all, but it doesn’t stop there. Recent studies have also shown that oyster mushrooms also help lower cholesterol and have great antioxidant properties. Plus, they’ve also been linked to numerous cancer-fighting properties. That’s quite a lot going for this humble fungus!
