INGREDIENTS

7 Oz White fish, cooked
1 Cup Red bell peppers
1 Green onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp Pickled ginger, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp Ginger dressing
1 Cup Cauliflower

DIRECTIONS

Add fish and other ingredients to the mixing bowl.

Pull apart the fish, and add the pieces to a medium-sized bowl with the bell peppers and green onion. Slice your pickled ginger thinly and add it to the bowl, too.
Drizzle your ginger dressing over all ingredients.

Drizzle on approximately 2 tbsp of the ginger dressing.
Mix the salad together in your mixing bowl, incorporating the dressing.

Mix all of the ingredients well with a spoon.

Add your fresh cauliflower to garnish and add more taste to this healthy salad. Top with sea salt and pepper to taste.
