Did you know?

While at the store looking for fresh spinach, you should consider choosing smaller baby spinach leaves. The larger, more mature leaves tend to be tougher and stringy. Additionally, spinach leaves placed under direct sunlight in grocery stores are likely to contain more nutrients than those left in the dark.
