Get creative with this new way to enjoy the taste of egg rolls!

We all love egg rolls, and this recipe let’s us all enjoy the taste without the carbs! The combination of fragrant ingredients like ginger and garlic really give this one a distinctly flavorful taste. And we can never get enough tamari, so you can bet we included it in this recipe. INGREDIENTS

1 Pound Ground turkey
1 Tsp Grape seed oil
1 Cup Mushrooms, Sliced
1 Cup Fresh Green Onions, Chopped
2 Tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce, Low sodium
2 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, Chopped
2 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
4 Cups Cabbage, Sliced
Sea salt, To taste

DIRECTIONS

Whisk the tamari, ginger, garlic, and salt together in a small bowl, then set aside.

In a large skillet, cook your ground turkey in grape seed oil until browned.

Add the mushrooms and green onion; cook for a few more minutes until softened.

Add the tamari, ginger, and garlic mixture to the skillet.

Stir to combine, then add the cabbage and continue to stir until the cabbage has wilted and softened.

Top with green onion and enjoy immediately!
