We all love egg rolls, and this recipe lets us all enjoy the taste without the carbs! The combination of fragrant ingredients like ginger and garlic really give this one a distinctly flavorful taste. INGREDIENTS

1 Pound Ground turkey
1 Tsp Grape seed oil
1 Cup Mushrooms, Sliced
1 Cup Fresh Green Onions, Chopped
2 Tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce, Low sodium
2 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, Chopped
2 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
4 Cups Cabbage, Sliced
Sea salt, To taste

DIRECTIONS

Step 1: Whisk tamari, ginger, garlic, and salt

In a small bowl, whisk together ginger, garlic, tamari, and salt then set aside.
Step 2: Cook ground turkey

In a large skillet, heat grapeseed oil over medium then toss in ground turkey and cook until browned.
Step 3: Add mushrooms and green onions

Add green onions and mushrooms in skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes or until fragrant and soft.
Step 4: Add other ingredients to skillet

Add tamari mixture to skillet and coat ingredients evenly.
Step 5: Stir and add cabbage

Keep stirring mixture then add cabbage and cook until wilted and soft.
Step 6: Top with green onion!

Garnish with green onion to taste.
