We all love egg rolls, and this recipe lets us all enjoy the taste without the carbs! The combination of fragrant ingredients like ginger and garlic really give this one a distinctly flavorful taste. 1 Pound Ground turkey
1 Tsp Grape seed oil
1 Cup Mushrooms, Sliced
1 Cup Fresh Green Onions, Chopped
2 Tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce, Low sodium
2 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, Chopped
2 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
4 Cups Cabbage, Sliced
Sea salt, To taste


Step 1: Whisk tamari, ginger, garlic, and salt

Whisk the tamari, ginger, garlic, and salt together in a small bowl, then set aside.
Step 2: Cook ground turkey

In a large skillet, cook your ground turkey in grape seed oil until browned.
Step 3: Add mushrooms and green onions

Add the mushrooms and green onion; cook for a few more minutes until softened.
Step 4: Add other ingredients to skillet

Add the tamari, ginger, and garlic mixture to the skillet.
Step 5: Stir and add cabbage

Stir to combine, then add the cabbage and continue to stir until the cabbage has wilted and softened.
Step 6: Top with green onion!
