A healthy and easy Chinese duck soup recipe!

This low carb shirataki noodle recipe is inspired by Chinese and Japanese cuisine to create a nutritious and flavorful soup. Shirataki noodles are a great substitute if you are looking for a low-carb noodle option that takes in the flavor of your dish!

INGREDIENTS

2 Cup Chicken stock
2 Cup Cauliflower, blanched
7 Oz Duck, thinly sliced
1 Bag Shirataki noodles
1/2 Cup Cilantro leaves

DIRECTIONS

Begin by briefly cooking your duck to a bright pink colour, then cut into thinly sliced portions. The duck will be fully cooked later in the dish.

Add chicken stock to your non-stick pan followed by the cauliflower and duck.

Let the ingredients come to a boil and wait until the duck is fully cooked.

Add rinsed shirataki noodles into a bowl followed by the cilantro and leftover cauliflower.

Finally, add your cooked ingredients to your bowl.
