Dim Sum Green Pepper Shrimp adds an international twist to an amazing recipe!

INGREDIENTS

6 Oz Shrimp
1 Garlic clove
1/2 Tsp Soy sauce
1 Tsp Grape seed oil
1 Green peppers, (1 to 2 ) cut in 4 parts (boat style)

DIRECTIONS

In a food processor, add shrimp; blend and make a paste.

Then, add garlic, soy sauce, sea salt and pepper; blend again.

Now, add mixture to green pepper boats.

In a hot non-stick pan, add oil and stuffed shrimp boats, shrimp side down; let cook covered for 2-3 minutes.

Lastly, flip shrimp boats and cook covered until golden brown.

step #6

Ready to serve!
