3 Zucchini
1 Can Anchovies
2 Garlic clove
Handful Capers
1 Canned diced tomatoes
Olive oil
Red pepper flakes, to taste

Spiralize the 3 zucchinis into noodles and set aside.

In a large pan, heat oil over medium-high. You want enough oil to coat the bottom and add four anchovies to the pan.

Once the anchovies begin to pull apart, add two crushed cloves of garlic and season with chili flakes. Stir to incorporate ingredients.

Cut capers in half and add them to the pan and stir for about 1 minute. Add canned tomatoes and stir, allowing to cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Add zucchini noodles to pan and toss in sauce. Stir frequently to evenly coat noodles.
