7 Oz Red deer, grounded
1 Tbsp Ginger, grounded
1 Tsp Soy sauce
1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Garlic clove
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
1 Cup Bell pepper, sautéed
1 Cup Zucchini, sautéed
2 Tbsp Chives, chopped
Start by preparing your ingredients.
In a medium sized bowl, mix together meat, ginger, soy sauce, Worcestershire, garlic, and egg. Make small balls with the mixture.
In a hot non-stick pan, add grape seed oil and meatballs and let them cook thoroughly.
As the meatballs cook, prepare the vegetables.
When the meatballs are thoroughly cooked, add vegetables and let simmer for approximately one minute.
