INGREDIENTS

5 Oz Ground deer
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Garlic
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
2 Eggs
1 Cup Green peppers, cooked
1 Cup Zucchini, cooked

DIRECTIONS

Begin with a small mixing bowl and add the ground deer, paprika, and garlic. Mix the ingredients together and firmly form a patty from the meat mixture.

Next, grab a non-stick place it over medium heat.

Add grape seed oil into the hot pan then add eggs. As the eggs cook, season them with sea salt and fresh pepper to taste.

When the eggs are cooked to your liking, set them aside on a plate to cool.

In the same non-stick pan, add your freshly seasoned deer patty and let it cook for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, flipping the patty halfway through cooking.

Once the patty is fully cooked, set it on a plate and gently add the eggs on top.

Plate your cooked peppers and zucchini beside the patty for a delicious and healthy side.
