1 Cup Greek yogurt, plain, 0% fat
1 Tsp Ginger, diced
1 Tsp Curry powder
1 Fresh lemon juice
1 Cup Apple cider vinegar
1 Cup Water
2 Tsp Sea salt, divided
1/8 Tsp Red pepper flakes
1/2 Tsp Celery Seed
1 1/2 Cup Edmame beans, ooked in water for 4 minutes, then drained and cooled
2 Cup Tomato, diced

1/4 Cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
