2 Tsp Grape seed oil
1 Garlic clove
1 Cup Red pepper, Finely Diced
1 Cup Cauliflower, Riced
1 Tsp Curry powder
4 Kale leaves
7 Oz Ground beef, Extra lean
1 Egg
2 Tsp Chili powder
1 Tsp Paprika
Sea salt & pepper, To taste

Combine your beef, egg, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Shape the beef mixture into small burger patties that are about 2 inches across each.

In a non-stick pan, heat half the grape seed oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef patties and cook them thoroughly.
