INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Crab, chopped
1/2 Cup Celery, finely sliced
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/4 Tsp Ginger, minced
1/4 Tsp Red pepper flakes
1 Cup Chicken stock
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
2 Cup Spinach, chopped
1/2 Lime, juiced

DIRECTIONS

In a hot non-stick pan, add crab, celery, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, chicken stock and soy sauce; bring to a boil.

Now in a bowl, add raw spinach and pour hot soup over top.

Lastly, drizzle with lime juice.
