Did you know?

Did you know that coriander and cilantro are two names for the same thing? And did you know that, depending on your genes, you might actually taste coriander differently from your friends? It’s true! For some people, coriander has either a soapy or dirty taste. They can’t help it! It’s a shame, because this great little herb has a ton of benefits for your health. For instance, acids like linoleic, palmitic, and ascorbic acid have been shown to be extremely effective at lowering cholesterol in the blood. And where can you find these acids? In coriander (or cilantro), of course!
