Did you know?

Turkey is generally a healthier protein option, but dark turkey meat can contain as much fat as regular beef. When you’re choosing turkey meat, be sure to avoid dark meat to reduce the overall fat of the meat. Turkey is also a great source of protein, which helps make you feel full for longer periods of time.
