1 Orange
1/4 Cup Green onions, chopped
1/4 Cup Low sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp Grape seed oil
1 Tbsp Ginger, minced
1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp White or black sesame seeds
1 1/4 Lb Pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) chunks

In a large bowl, combine green onions, soy sauce, grape seed oil, ginger, garlic, and apple cider vinegar. Juice and zest your orange, it should yield about ½ juice and 2 tbsp zest. Add juice and zest to bowl and mix ingredients together.

In the same bowl, add in cubed pork and coat thoroughly. Once evenly coated, cover bowl and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
