Did you know?

If you’ve never heard of apple cider vinegar or don’t use it regularly, listen up! This liquid may taste gross on its own, but it is full of amazing properties that lead to health benefits. The main element in vinegar is acetic acid which is a disinfectant that kills bacteria and stops it from multiplying.

Recent tests using this vinegar has shown that it has the potential to be cancer-fighting, reduce heart disease, and lowers cholesterol. These studies have been conducted on live tissue and scientists found that apple cider vinegar contains the antioxidant chlorogenic acid, best known for protecting LDL cholesterol particles from oxidizing, which is how heart disease is sparked. Studies have also shown that vinegar can kill and shrink tumors in mice.

In addition to these incredible health benefits, apple cider vinegar is also a great solution to acid reflux. This vinegar can balance your pH levels by neutralizing stomach acid and thereby helping relieve the cause and symptoms of acid reflux.

Be sure to make apple cider vinegar a staple in your kitchen!
