1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
7 Oz Pork tenderloin, marinated with olive oil, coriander and smoked paprika
1 Cup Bell pepper, diced
1 Cup Tomato, thinly sliced
1/4 Cup Cilantro, chopped
Begin by prepping your ingredients.
In a hot, non-stick pan, add grape seed oil and pork; let sear for a few minutes.
Once the pork is cooked, add the bell peppers and tomato.
Add salt and pepper to taste, and let everything cook for 2 minutes.
Add chopped cilantro into the pan and mix with other ingredients.
