INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Chicken, sliced
1 1/2 Cup Zucchini, thinly sliced
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/4 Cup Tomatoes, chopped
1 Pinch Chili flakes
2 Tsp Soy sauce, low sodium
1 Tsp Maple syrup, zero carb
1/2 Cup Scallions, chopped

Place a non-stick pan over medium heat and add your chicken.

Once the chicken is seared, add your zucchini and cook until it has softened.
