Did you know?

There’s a good reason turkey’s an excellent comfort food, and it’s not just because so many people associate it with recovering from a cold or delicious home cooking. Turkey’s actually a fantastic source of both vitamin B5 and tryptophan, two nutrients that have a calming effect on the body. It also helps that turkey tastes great, which helps reduce stress on a psychological level. While we might be tempted to describe all comfort foods as guilty pleasures, they don’t have to be with recipes like our Turkey Zucchini Poppers!
