7 Oz Chicken, sliced
1 Cup Cherry tomatoes, confit
1 Cup Endive, cooked
1 Tsp Jamaican pepper, julienned
1/4 Cup Chives, chopped
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil

Before beginning your chicken and tomato confit, you will want to cube your chicken, confit your tomatoes, and sear your endives in water.

To sear your endives, place them in a small pan with some water (instead of oil). Once the endives turn brown, add some more water, turn the heat down and let everything simmer for 20 minutes.
