In a hot non-stick pan with grapeseed oil, add chicken; let cook. When the chicken is half way cooked, add bell peppers, celery, mushrooms, garlic and cauliflower; let cook. Lastly, pour chicken stock into the pan; let boil until chicken is completely cooked. Ready to serve!
