INGREDIENTS

1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
7 Oz Chicken, diced
1/2 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 Cup Bell peppers, finely sliced
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Rosemary stem
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 Cup Asparagus, blanched & chopped

Before you begin, you will want to have already prepared your asparagus. Check out how to cook asparagus where our Chef shows you how to get the perfect texture when cooking this delicious vegetable!

Put your non-stick pan over medium heat, add your grape seed oil, and add your chicken. Cook the chicken until it is well seared.

Once your chicken is seared, add your mushrooms and sauté for a couple of minutes.

After two minutes, add your bell peppers and garlic and continue cooking your chicken and vegetable medley.

Once your chicken is almost completely cooked, reduce your heat and add your rosemary stem and oregano to enhance the flavors of of your chicken and vegetables recipe!

Just before you take your chicken and vegetable medley off the heat, add your asparagus to reheat it.
