INGREDIENTS

1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
2 Rosemary stems
7 Oz Chicken, sliced
1 1/2 Cup Zucchini, sliced
1 Garlic clove, sliced
1/4 Lemon, juiced
1/2 Cup Tomato coulis

Take your non-stick pan and place it over medium heat. Add your grape see oil and rosemary stems to infuse the oil for 5 to 10 minutes. This prepares your oil for your chicken tomatoes and vegetables recipe. Be careful you don't let the oil overheat!

Once your oil is ready, add your chicken to the pan and cook until it is well seared.

After you sear your chicken, add your zucchini and garlic to the pan. Reduce your heat and let it all cook for a few minutes.

While everything is cooking, heat up your tomato coulis.

Finally, once your chicken and vegetables are cooked, add your lemon juice and let it evaporate.
