INGREDIENTS

1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
7 Oz Chicken, sliced
4 Oz Chicken stock or vegetable stock or water
1 Szechuan pepper
1 Tsp Garlic puree
1 Cup Cauliflower, blanched and sliced
1 Tbsp Cilantro
1 Cup Long green beans, blanched

DIRECTIONS

Before you begin, you will want to have already blanched your cauliflower.

Place your non-stick pan over medium heat and add your grape seed oil.

Take your chicken pieces for the stew and place them in the pan. Let your stew chicken sear.

Season your chicken with sea salt and pepper to taste.

Once your chicken is close to being seared, add your chicken stock. Make sure there is enough chicken stock to cover all your stew ingredients in the pan so far.

Take your garlic and add it to the pan (see Tips & Tricks below to learn how to make garlic butter). Make sure the garlic is mixed in with all your ingredients.

After another minute, add your blanched cauliflower to the chicken stew.

Add fresh herbs to the chicken stew. In this recipe, we use cilantro. If you don't have cilantro, you can substitute with basil, chives, or another of your favorite fresh herbs.

Add your green beans over your chicken stew ingredients and season with Szechuan pepper and sea salt. Let everything heat for another minute or two before serving.
