Before you begin, you'll need to prepare some riced cauliflower. If you haven't already done this for one of our other LowFatLowCarb recipes, you can check out how to prepare cauliflower rice!
To begin this healthy pizza recipe, preheat your oven to 450°F.
While your oven is heating, mix your cauliflower rice with your egg and oregano.
Take your cauliflower mixture and spread it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure you spread it in a round, pizza-like shape to make your low-carb pizza crust!
Once you're happy with the shape of your healthy crust, place your baking sheet in the oven and bake the pizza crust until it's a light brown color.
Pull the healthy pizza crust out of the oven and let it cool down.
Once it's cooled, layer on your chicken, spinach, and basil for some healthy pizza toppings.
Drizzle your pizza with lemon juice and place back in the oven on broil for a couple of minutes.
Ready to serve!
