2 Tsp Grape seed oil
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Tbsp Capers, Drained
1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

If you want to find a high-quality lemon, look for lemons that are heavier with a thinner peel. The thicker peels have less flesh and as a result will be less juicy. Look for a full, deep yellow color, too; if your lemon still has some green, this means that it’s not fully ripened and will be more acidic… or you grabbed a lime by mistake! To ensure that your lemon is not overly ripe check for wrinkles, dull coloring, and soft or hard patches.
