Mushroom and chicken make the perfect pair, and with a touch of rosemary, you’ll be enjoying this healthy chicken and mushroom recipe again and again! To begin, place your non-stick pan over medium heat and add your grape seed oil, then your chicken. Cook your chicken until it's well seared.
Once your chicken is seared, add the king erring mushrooms to your pan and let them cook for a couple of minutes. It is important to always add the firmer mushrooms first so nothing gets overcooked.
After a couple of minutes have gone by, add your black oyster mushrooms and garlic. Season your dish with sea salt and pepper to taste, and continue cooking.
When the mushrooms and chicken are well cooked, add 2-3 pieces from your rosemary stems to enhance the flavor of your mushrooms. If you put too much rosemary, you may overpower the dish, so be careful not to overdo it!
