INGREDIENTS

1 Tsp Grape seed oil
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
2 Tsp Italian seasoning
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Onion powder
1/4 Cup Egg whites
2 Pounds Ground chicken
1 Cup Marinara sauce
1 Cup Green onion, Chopped
1 Cup Green pepper, Finely chopped
Fresh basil, Chopped, used for garnish

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Heat the grape seed oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the green onion, pepper, and garlic, and cook until the onions turn translucent.

Mix together the ground chicken, egg whites, and spices in a large bowl.

On a parchment paper, flatten-out the chicken mixture until it is about an inch thick. Place the pepper mixture in the center and roll the chicken around the pepper mixture.

Remove the parchment paper and slice the roll into about an inch and a half thick pieces.

Place the pieces in a greased muffin tin and bake at 400°C for 40 min.
