This chicken soup recipe adds leeks for a new twist!

In a hot non-stick pan with grapeseed oil, add leeks, celery and kale; let cook.
Now add garlic, thyme, bay leaf, chicken and chicken stock; let boil until everything is completely cooked. Lastly, top it off with cayenne pepper. Ready to serve!

1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
1 Cup Leeks, finely sliced
1/2 Cup Celery, diced
1/2 Cup Kale, chopped
1 Garlic clove, chopped
1/4 Tsp Thyme
1 Bay leaf
7 Oz Chicken, cooked & diced
1 Cup Chicken stock
1/4 Tsp Cayenne pepper
