Did you know?

Chicken soup is a well-known home remedy for the common cold, and for good reason: the steam and warmth from a bowl help clear airways, while the veggies and chicken pack in nutrients to help get your immune system working overtime. This Chicken Fajita Soup also has the benefit of including spicy chili peppers, which include the compound capsaicin. Capsaicin gives chili peppers their heat and has numerous anti-bacterial properties, perfect for fighting off a cold!
