1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
7 Oz Chicken, sliced in two
3 Garlic clove, baked
1 Cup Cauliflower, blanched
1/2 Cup Cherry tomatoes, confit
1/2 Cup Zucchini, pearled
1 Tbsp Thaï spices
1 Lime, juiced
1 Tbsp Mint, cilantro and basil, mixed

You will want to have already roasted your garlic, peeled your tomatoes, and blanched your cauliflower before you begin making our Chicken Cutlet Recipe.

To start, place your non-stick pan over medium heat and add your grape see oil, chicken cutlet, and sea salt and pepper to taste.

Sear your chicken cutlets on both sides.

You will know your cutlets are seared when the chicken has turned a nice brown color.
