INGREDIENTS

1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
1 Cup Cauliflower, riced
7 Oz Chicken, cooked & cubed
1 Cup Asparagus, blanched
1/2 Lime, juiced
2 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped

You will want to blanch your asparagus for this chicken and cauliflower recipe. You will also have to prepare your cauliflower rice before starting the recipe. If you do it ahead of time, it'll be easy and quick to put this chicken and cauliflower recipe together for a healthier and nutritious meal!

To begin, heat up your grape seed oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add your cauliflower rice and cook it down.

While it's cooking, add your chicken and stir to make sure your chicken flavor is infused in the cauliflower rice.

Once your chicken is cooked, add your blanched asparagus.
