3 Cups Cauliflower, riced
1 1/2 Tbsp Grape seed oil
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
10 Oz Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp Ginger, finely minced
3 Green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 Cup Snow peas, trimmed, sliced diagonally
1 1/2 Tbsp Soy sauce, can also use Tamari
1/4 Cup Coriander, coarsely chopped, extra sprigs to serve with

Although soy sauce and tamari are both a product of fermented soybeans and are similar in appearance, there are significant differences between the two. For instance, tamari is a type of Japanese soy sauce. Even though soy sauce originated in China, it later spread throughout Asia at large. Another key difference is that tamari is darker in color, thicker, and less salty than soy sauce. Finally, tamari contains little or no wheat, whereas soy sauce does contain wheat or traces of wheat. Make sure to always look at the label to ensure the tamari you are buying is gluten-free!
