7 Oz Ground chicken
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Grape seed oil
1 1/2 Cup Zucchini, sliced
1/2 Cup Cherry tomatoes
Before you begin, you will want to prepare your ground chicken by seasoning it with paprika
, sea salt, and pepper to taste.
Once your meat has been prepared, place your non-stick pan
over medium/high heat and let the pan warm up. While the pan is heating, finely slice your zucchini.
Make sure your zucchini slices are all the same sizes so they cook evenly.
Once your pan is hot, use your hands to shape a chicken burger patty from the meat mixture. Add your grape seed oil
and the ground chicken patty to the pan.
Sear the chicken burger patty on both sides.
After searing your ground chicken burger patty on both sides (approximately 2 - 3 minutes per side), add your zucchini to the pan and season it with sea salt and pepper.
Add your tomatoes to the pan to lightly roast them.
Continue cooking your zucchini and chicken burger until the zucchini is completely cooked. This should only take a couple of minutes.
Once your zucchini is cooked, you can transfer everything to your plate!
