Heat grape seed oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken, garlic, and ginger for 2 to 3 minutes, or until chicken is brown.
Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, and sugar substitute. Cover and let cook for five minutes, stirring twice.
Add broccoli to the skillet, cooking covered for approximately 5 minutes. Stir occasionally until chicken is cooked through. For a thicker sauce, simmer with the lid off for a few minutes.
When the chicken is ready to serve, top with chopped green onion.
